International Countries
We ship worldwide, this applies to all of Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania and South America. If you are able to checkout, we will be able to ship to you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with local carriers or neighbors before reaching out to us.
  • If a package is damaged during transit, please contact us at support@adlerbay.com with photos and details. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Cancellations

  • Before shipment: If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued.
  • After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may return the product following our standard return policy.
